Acceptable documents include a CNIC, passport or another government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is resolved.
One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on q98. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or using different contact details — is a breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, q98 may merge them, close the secondary account and adjust balances accordingly.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact q98 support immediately via live chat. q98 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
Account name. Your account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered in someone else's name, under a pseudonym or using falsified identity documents will be closed. All withdrawals are paid to the verified account holder only — q98 does not make payments to third parties.
q98 does not allow accounts to be transferred, sold or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on q98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees charged by q98. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside q98's control.
Supported payment methods. q98 currently supports the following methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. Payment method availability may change from time to time and the most current list is always shown in the cashier section of your account.
Deposit processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within two minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. q98 does not charge deposit fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed the same day for most methods, subject to successful verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your q98 account. q98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Bonus-linked balances. If your account holds an active bonus, withdrawal requests may be subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus. You may forfeit an uncompleted bonus to withdraw your cash balance at any time — this option is available in account settings.
q98 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by q98. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided and your stake returned.
Cricket and PSL markets. For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and ODI fixtures — bets are settled according to the official result as published by the relevant cricket board. If a match is abandoned or the result is declared by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, settlement follows standard DLS rules unless specific market rules state otherwise. Ball-by-ball and over markets are settled on the delivery or over to which they refer, regardless of the overall match result.
In-play betting. Live betting markets update in near real-time but there may be a brief delay between on-field events and the platform's market update. Bets placed on events that have already concluded due to data latency may be voided at q98's discretion.
Void bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, an obvious pricing error has occurred, duplicate bets are placed due to a technical fault, or the market rules specify that a particular outcome results in a void. Voided bets have the stake returned to the account balance.
Casino games. All casino titles on q98 operate on certified random number generator (RNG) engines tested and verified by independent third-party laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available in the game's information panel. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to their own additional game rules, which are displayed at the live table.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Game contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Bonus abuse. q98 monitors betting patterns and game play for signs of bonus abuse, including placing low-risk opposite bets to clear wagering requirements or exploiting promotional offers in unintended ways. If abuse is detected, q98 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend the account pending investigation.

Inactive accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months and a zero balance may be archived. Accounts with a remaining balance will be contacted before any archival action is taken, using the email address registered to the account.
